Nima Sepasy is Senior Vice President of AI Consulting at Mastercard, where he leads Mastercard Agent Suite, a set of services that helps customers take practical, measurable steps to integrate agentic AI into day-to-day operations and accelerate toward the next frontier of digital commerce. Agent Suite combines technical implementation support with customizable AI agents, powered by Mastercard’s payments expertise, data-driven insights, proprietary technology platforms, and a global network of 4,000 advisors.
Previously, Nima led innovation at Mastercard, spanning product strategy, foresight research, new concept development, and senior-level customer engagement across global and regional priorities. He also oversees company’s insight reports on trends at the intersection of payments and emerging technology, informing Mastercard’s corporate strategy and long-term view of how next-generation technologies will reshape commerce.
Before joining Mastercard in 2019, Nima was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at GIANT Innovation, advising Fortune 500 companies on start-up methodologies and innovation practices. Prior to that, he worked at Citi Ventures, developing research and insights on emerging trends and technologies. Nima is also an active entrepreneur, having launched businesses across finance, international trade, and digital consulting.
