Marina is a dynamic, forward-thinking leader with a deep commitment to fostering global connections through creative and impactful projects. A specialist in Public Affairs, she serves as a U.S. Fulbright Comission Board Member and is the Executive Director and Board Member of the Romanian-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce. In her role as Director of the BONTE Foundation, she actively promotes Romanian art on the international stage.

A dedicated humanitarian, Marina champions various charitable causes. She serves on the boards of the Friends of the National Museum of Art of Romania and a local Red Cross chapter. Her passion for education and the arts led to the establishment of the annual BONTE Foundation Scholarship at the National Museum of Art of Romania.

As an American-Romanian citizen, Marina draws upon her extensive international experience in soft power and diplomacy. She demonstrated this as Chairlady of the International Women’s Association (IWA) Charity Diplomatic Bazaar for 11 successful editions (2012-2023), embodying her dedication to multiculturalism, community building and philanthropy.
