Andrei Dudoiu is the CEO and co-founder of SeedBlink, the European private markets infrastructure that brings together founders, investors, and ecosystem builders with the capital and tools to accelerate growth across primary and secondary markets.

Leveraging over 20 years in banking and financial markets, Andrei entered the entrepreneurial world by co-founding Human Finance in 2018 to create digital tools for startup investment readiness, which laid the foundation for SeedBlink’s launch in 2020.

Andrei served as president of SeedBlink’s board of directors from 2020 to 2024, before becoming CEO.
Passionate about driving European innovation, Andrei has grown SeedBlink into a leading funding and equity management infrastructure.
