Angela has dedicated her career to bridging the gap between science and business. Her work focuses on studying real-world organizations and publishing academic papers on the psychological mechanisms that impact managers’ (in)effectiveness. Notably, she was part of the team that researched NASA’s shortcomings after the Columbia disaster.

As the owner and managing director of Izone, a digital marketing agency in Croatia, she is also a member of the organizing committee for the highly successful regional marketing festival, danikomunikacija.com. Furthermore, she was the former President of the Board at HURA (Croatian Advertising Association) and IAB Croatia (Interactive Advertising Bureau).

Her academic background includes a degree in Psychology, a master’s in Economics, as well as attending a pre-doctoral program in Organizational Behavior at the prestigious NYU Stern School of Business. Currently, she is finalizing her PhD in Organizational Psychology, concentrating on gender differences in managerial cognition and success.
