Ciprian is a Romanian social entrepreneur, leading the Social Innovation Solutions (SIS) ecosystem, with a mission to accelerate systemic change for a sustainable and competitive future. SIS runs educational and grant-making programs dedicated to sustainability and innovation, supporting over 20,000 SMEs, NGOs, PhDs and leaders in 5 countries in Central and Eastern Europe. Platforms like Climate Change Summit and cross-sector partnerships help SIS bridge gaps and contribute to the region’s green transition.

He worked 12 years for international organizations like the Aspen Institute and Ashoka, is a Global Shaper Alumni of the World Economic Forum, a Board Member of Rethink Romania, and a member of the Romanian Business Leaders community. As he strongly believes in the power of conversations, starting with 2023, Ciprian is hosting the ”Pro Verde” sustainability talk show at Stirile Pro TV.

He teaches foresight and sustainability at The Entrepreneurship Academy in Bucharest and has completed programs in sustainable finance and circularity at the Harvard Business School and the Cambridge Judge Business School. Ciprian holds an MA in Political Science from the Central European University and is a frequent speaker on future trends and sustainability.
