Ciprian is a Romanian social entrepreneur, founder of the Social Innovation Solutions ecosystem, with a mission to support individuals and organizations to prepare better for the future. SIS runs business education programs for SMEs in 6 CEE countries, engaging with 30K+ organizations; and science and climate programs like Climate Change Summit or Future Lab. He is an Executive Board Member of Rethink Romania, a member of the Romanian Business Leaders community and is currently the Anchor of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership Alumni in Romania.

He worked 12 years for international organizations like Ashoka and the Aspen Institute, a Global Shaper Alumni of the World Economic Forum and the host of the ”Pro Verde” sustainability talk show at Stirile Pro TV between 2023 and 2026.

He teaches foresight and sustainability at The Entrepreneurship Academy in Bucharest and has completed programs in AI for executives, sustainable finance and circularity at the Harvard Business School and the Cambridge Judge Business School. Ciprian holds an MA in Political Science from the Central European University and is a frequent speaker on future trends and sustainability.
