Sigal has been the creative force behind the most successful campaigns of McCann Tel Aviv, for both local and global brands. These include the IKEA ThisAbles campaign, which in 2019 brought McCann Tel Aviv a Cannes Lions Grand Prix, as well as Fighting to Remember for Zikaron Basalon, which won multiple Cannes Lions in 2023, including two Gold lions and four Bronze.

She began her career as an art director at TBWA and then at McCann Tel Aviv, rapidly climbing to CD and VP Creative positions, and now holds the CCO title. Among the brands she leads to creative success are IKEA, Nestlé, Huggies, Honda, Volvo, Maccabi Healthcare, Partner, Bituach Yashir, El Al Airlines, and many more.

Sigal has played a major role in keeping McCann’s dominance as Israel’s leading agency for over 25 years, winning countless awards in all major local, regional, and global creative shows: Cannes Lions, One Show, D&AD, Clio, EPICA, LIA, Eurobest, and Golden Drum.

Her proudest achievement remains her continued ability to break creative boundaries and mentor the next generation of top-tier talent in the advertising industry
