Ioana Enache is a visionary leader with over 30 years of proven results and experience in international business, leadingsuccesful teams in roles like CEO, General Management or Senior Consultant and companies like Amway, GSK, Sanovita, Petrom, OMV.
She holds Board Member roles, is involved in various collaborations as senior consultant and currently acts as also as Director of the Museum of Recent Art (MARe) in Romania, while actively engaging in projects focused on creativity, education and culture.
Also as the founder of PoemBoem Conversations, Ioana creates communities and spaces where art, ideas, and authentic dialogue inspire real connections and growth.
