Oana Craioveanu

BIO
Oana Craioveanu is a passionate entrepreneur, ecosystem builder, and the CEO of Impact Hub Bucharest, which she co-founded in 2012 as the first coworking space in Romania. Under her leadership, Impact Hub Bucharest has become one of the country’s most influential organizations supporting a new generation of entrepreneurs through training, community, and startup development programs.
Since 2010, she has designed and led initiatives that have supported over 500 startups and over 2,000 community members, with a strong emphasis on sustainability, social innovation, and the green-digital transition.
Oana is also president of the Ropot Association and co initiator of Innoteque, a national conference focused on building and nurturing Romania’s innovation ecosystem.
In 2021, she served as an advisor to the Romanian Ministry of Research, Innovation, and Digitalization, contributing to national policy development in innovation and entrepreneurship.
Her career began in AIESEC, where she led the Romanian National Committee and later oversaw operations across 13 Central and Eastern European countries as Regional Director. She also gained corporate experience at Hewlett-Packard in Geneva and Citibank Romania, with roles in data analysis, liquidity management, and pricing.
She holds a degree in commerce from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies
(2012) and is an alumna of the Aspen Young Leaders Program. Oana is fluent in Romanian and English and is deeply committed to fostering strategic partnerships, European collaboration, and organizational development across the entrepreneurial landscape.
