Ms. Catalina Plinschi is a strategic lead at the fintech startup Fagura, where she oversees operations and business growth initiatives. Previously, Catalina worked in the Government of the Republic of Moldova as Secretary of State for Digital and international organisations like Council of Europe and UN, focusing on innovation policies, EU programs, and startup ecosystem development in Moldova. She is also a Member of the Board of Directors at the Startup Moldova Foundation, being engaged in supporting partnerships that help founders access funding and scale their ventures. Catalina holds a Master’s degree in Economic Law and has been part of a Professional Development Program delivered by Stanford and Harvard Universities, in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
