She is a Strategic Foresight consultant and the founder of Future Station, a boutique consultancy that helps organizations anticipate change and design resilient strategies for the future. She works with executive teams, boards, and institutions across Europe to explore emerging trends and build future-ready responses. Diana has trained in foresight at the University of Houston, the Institute for the Future in California, the Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies, and through the European Certified Future Strategist program. Beyond her consultancy work, she teaches foresight at business schools and serves on the boards of organizations focused on digital transformation and education.
