Fraga Țariuc is a cybersecurity risk management expert within the Romanian National Cyber Security Directorate (DNSC), where she focuses on the identification, evaluation, and mitigation of cyber risks affecting critical infrastructure and essential services. With over two decades of professional experience—15 of which in public administration—she contributes actively to the development of national cybersecurity policies and the strengthening of interinstitutional cooperation frameworks.
She also serves as President and Founder of Women4Cyber Romania, the national chapter of the European Women4Cyber initiative, which promotes gender inclusion and supports the growth of a diverse and skilled cybersecurity workforce. Committed to advancing digital literacy from an early age, she is the author of a cybersecurity dictionary for children, aimed at making key concepts accessible and engaging for younger audiences. Her academic background includes advanced studies in cyber diplomacy, strategic management, and national security.
