Horia Grigorescu is the Founder & Managing Partner of MHG Consulting, advising investors and corporates on energy, industrial, and defense opportunities in Romania. A lawyer by training, he has over 15 years of experience in consulting, corporate governance and regulatory strategy and previously served as the youngest CEO of Romanian Post (2019–2021). He has been recognized twice in the General Counsel Powerlist for Romania’s energy sector and has led projects in PV, Wind, BESS, and industrial revitalization, aligned with EU schemes, private capital, and state aid.
