Since 1998, Gabriela has held various regional leadership roles in marketing and sales at Gillette and Procter & Gamble, Balkan and Southeast Europe Division. Later, as Cluster Consumer Excellence Director for Molson Coors Romania and Bulgaria, Gabriela was responsible for changing the strategy and accelerating the growth of the brands in the portfolio, as well as developing talent, ensuring team continuity and business results.
Gabriela Lupaș-Țicu joined the NN team in 2019 as Chief Customer Officer. During this period, she contributed significantly to the digital transformation of NN Life Insurance, developing new working models, automated solutions, and relevant customer experiences, and radically modernized the entire sales flow, from demand generation to final customer interaction. He also played a key role in repositioning the company and developing a modern organizational culture focused on innovation, empathy, and operational excellence.
