Passionate about business and leadership, she studied at London Business School and completed numerous training programs related to business management and sales. She completed an Executive Master in Business Administration from ASEBUSS and Kennesaw State University.

Cerasela is present in IT business for 20 years. In 2007 she joined IBM and since than she focused on customer-facing roles, developing and managing numerous complex projects. She had multiple leadership roles, with both local and international coverage, including coordination of Central and Eastern Europe Technical Lifecycle Services pillar. Since 2022 she is the General Manager of IBM Romania and Moldova. With a strong business acumen, she is also focused on building an organization based on trust, responsibility, and equity.
