Tanja Kuzman is the CEO of the Digital Serbia Initiative. With over 15 years of experience, she is one of the region’s most influential voices in digital transformation, innovation, and startup ecosystems. Before becoming CEO, Tanja spent six years leading PwC’s Digital, Startups, and Innovation practice across Southeast European countries, while also being part of the global teams shaping the future of AI and digital solutions. Tanja spoke at more than 100 conferences and mentored over 50 startups.

Her earlier career spans investment leadership at a UK VC fund and roles at the European Commission’s DG ECFIN, the World Bank, and other international organizations. She began her career as Advisor to the Deputy Minister for European Integration of Serbia.

Tanja holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Sheffield. She is also an Associate Professor at FEFA, with over 30 academic papers, two books, and several publications in top 5% impact-factor journals.
