Ivan Kurtović is the CEO of InterCapital Asset Management, the leading independent asset management company based in Croatia. In this role, he strategically drives the firm’s overall growth, spearheading its regional sales, business development, and comprehensive digital transformation efforts. Under his leadership, InterCapital has successfully integrated advanced digital solutions to modernize its wealth management infrastructure, expanding its footprint across the regional financial Ivan Kurtović is Managing Partner at InterCapital, a leading independent financial services group
in Croatia and broader SEE region, where he leads sales, business development, and digital
transformation efforts.

Before his current role, Ivan spent 12 years in various leadership positions in within InterCapital’s
investment banking & brokerage company (InterCapital Securities), serving as both Board
Member and CEO helping build the leading independent investment banking & brokerage
platform in South & Eastern Europe. From 2016 to 2025, he led InterCapital Asset Management,
delivering a 7x growth in assets and launching several innovative products, including regional
ETFs and the Genius digital robo-advisory and savings APP.

Ivan holds an Executive MBA from IMD in Switzerland and INSEAD certificates in Global
Management, Coaching, and Corporate Governance. His focus includes growth strategy,
corporate governance, digital transformation, leadership development, and investing.
