Ben Herut is Chief of Staff and VP of Payments Risk at Chargeflow, an AI-powered platform that helps online businesses fight fraud and recover revenue lost to payment disputes. He partners directly with the CEO to drive execution across product, go-to-market, and operations.
Ben brings more than a decade of fintech experience across every side of the payments world, having led fraud prevention and dispute operations at the European neobank N26 and at the global payments company Payoneer before joining Chargeflow.
He is an active industry voice: a member of two Merchant Risk Council committees, a recognized top contributor to the organization, and a monthly columnist on fraud and payments.
