Razvan Munteanu is the Group CEO and Executive Director of AikGroup, a rapidly growing regional banking group expanding across Southeastern Europe. A senior banker with over 30 years of retail and SME experience, his career spans leadership and board positions across various markets, including previous tenures at Raiffeisen Bank Romania, Addiko Bank Austria—where he led a successful private-equity-backed IPO—and PrivatBank Ukraine. Beyond executive leadership, he holds an independent supervisory board role and chairs the Audit Committee at Ukreximbank. A Bucharest Polytechnic computer science graduate with advanced executive education from Harvard and Stanford, Munteanu combines deep technical acumen with a strong execution-driven focus on organizational transformation and cross-border expansion.
