Shahar Friedman is Head of Payments at Utila, the institutional-grade wallet infrastructure platform powering stablecoin and digital-asset payments for fintechs and enterprises. He leads Utila’s payments strategy, product, and partnerships globally.
Shahar brings 15+ years in fintech and payments. He founded Visa’s Innovation Center in Tel Aviv, previously led Visa’s digital product across South East Europe and built Wix’s embedded finance ecosystem, launching banking, payments, and lending products for SMBs.

Today he works at the intersection of stablecoin infrastructure, embedded finance, and agentic commerce.
