BIO

Richard K. LaTulip is the Field Chief Information Security Officer (Field CISO) at Recorded Future, where he advises global organizations on cyber threat intelligence, cyber risk management, security strategy, and intelligence-driven security operations. He is a retired U.S. Secret Service Special Agent with more than two decades of experience investigating cybercrime, conducting complex undercover operations, and collaborating with international law enforcement to disrupt transnational criminal organizations.

Richard holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Policy and Governance from Boston College and maintains several industry certifications, including CISSP, CISM, CEH, CySA+, C|CISO, and Security+. He is the author of Operation Carder Kaos: How One Agent Penetrated the Underground Economy, a firsthand account of his infiltration of international cybercriminal networks and one of the earliest long-term undercover cybercrime investigations.

Richard speaks on cyber threat intelligence, cyber resilience, ransomware, and intelligence-driven security, drawing on his experience in federal law enforcement and executive cybersecurity leadership to help organizations better understand emerging threats and strengthen their security programs.
