Cristian Pelivan is the Executive Director of ARMO, the Romanian Association of Online Stores, and of the Romanian Federation of the Digital Economy. With extensive experience in public affairs, digital policy and regulatory advocacy, he represents the interests of companies operating across Romania’s e-commerce and technology ecosystem. His work focuses on fostering a competitive and innovative digital economy, promoting proportionate and predictable regulation, strengthening dialogue between the private sector and public authorities, and supporting fair competition and consumer confidence in the online marketplace.
